United We Stand for Jason would like to thank all the golf players, our sponsors, our volunteers and NEHSA for making our 7th Annual Golf Tournament a success. It was another great golf tournament and we raised more money to help people living with Huntington's Disease. Hope to see you at next year's golf tournament!
Hello to All:
Welcome to United We Stand for Jason’s website. For those of you who don’t know about our organization or Huntington’s Disease (HD), please take some time to explore our website and learn about this horrible disease. Our friend, brother, and teammate Jason courageously battled HD to the end with dignity and honor and passed away in January of 2010.
As President of United, I am honored to be part of a charity that is dedicated to educating people about HD, funding research for a cure and improving the lives of people living with HD. United is 100% staffed by countless volunteers and board members who dedicate themselves to United’s mission. We are proud that over 90% of the proceeds raised by United went directly to our mission last year.
Even though Jason has passed, his spirit lives on through this family, friends and members of this charity. You can find Jason’s spirit here with us and on this website. I encourage everyone who visits us to please get involved with one of our upcoming events by volunteering or participating and make new friends or reconnect with old ones! As Jason said many times on the football field, “Huddle Up!” And now, we here at United “HUDDLE UP” to fight Huntington’s Disease!
