Jason Hilton, a lifelong resident of Merrimack, N.H., has Huntington's Disease.
Jason is a 1988 MHS graduate and was the starting center for the 1987 MHS state championship football team. He is also a 1993 graduate of Plymouth State University and one of the founding fathers of PSU's Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
Jason's family, friends, and teammates have come together to support him. The goal of our organization,
